A monster who is able to live inside the living cave wall.

Seeps are wall-dwelling monsters native to the Living Cave, Dead Cave, and Emerald Mine.

Properties[edit]

Seeps can only move through living walls and dead walls (but not dead trolls). If they are somehow outside either of these wall types, they cannot move at all. This is normally only possible in creative mode, as they are immune to the Orb of Air.

Strategy[edit]

As Seeps can only move through living or dead walls, not being adjacent to those walls as much as possible is the easiest way to avoid them. An easy way to kill Seeps in a wall is to find a chokepoint, a cell you can move into that has only one of the wall cells next to it: the Seeps will have to reach you one at a time and can be killed easily.

Trivia[edit]

  • They are based on the Seep enemy from Deadly Rooms of Death.
  • A living wall that a Seep is in cannot be made to turn into a floor by the cellular automaton rules. This is similar to how living walls will never grow directly onto ordinary creatures.
